What it is

The Direction Kit is a set of AI generated creative references and direction, supplied digitally, made to be loaded by you into AI image tools to generate visuals for your own brand.

Usage rights

The Studio grants you a non exclusive, worldwide commercial license to use the Kit and to create derivative images from it for your brand, including by uploading it into AI tools. This license is passed through from the Studio's own commercial license with its AI provider. You may not resell or redistribute the Kit itself, nor use it to build a competing product.

No exclusivity

Because the material is AI generated, the Studio does not claim and cannot guarantee exclusivity or uniqueness. Comparable visuals may exist or be independently generated by others.

Originality and liability

The Studio applies reasonable professional care so that the supplied material is sufficiently original, but does not warrant the absolute absence of similarity to other works. The Kit is provided "as is", and the Studio's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Kit.

Payment and delivery

Payment is processed through Stripe. The Kit is a personalized digital service, delivered within 2 business days from completion of the intake questionnaire, which follows your purchase.

Personalized service, immediate start

By purchasing, you place an order for a personalized service and ask the Studio to begin work immediately. You accept that, once the service has been performed, you lose any right of withdrawal. If you withdraw before the work is completed, you remain due for the work already carried out.

Confidentiality

Any non public brand material you share to inform the Kit is treated as confidential and used only to produce and deliver it.
