What it is

The Direction Kit is a set of AI generated creative references and direction, supplied digitally, made to be loaded by you into AI image tools to generate visuals for your own brand. Each Kit is built around one product, chosen through the intake questionnaire; the default product master is prepared from the photos you submit there. Additional products are quoted separately, as extra masters or studio masters.

Usage rights

The Studio retains all rights in the Kit. The Studio grants you a non exclusive, worldwide, perpetual commercial license to use the Kit and to create derivative images from it for your brand, including by uploading it into AI image tools as references for generation. You may not resell or redistribute the Kit itself, use it to train or fine tune AI models, or use it to build a competing product.

Studio masters

If you add the optional studio photography upgrade, those photographs are licensed, not sold. The Studio retains copyright and grants you its standard Core license, lifetime and worldwide: website, organic social media, online retailer pages, email marketing, internal use, online ads and small-scale print, plus their use as product masters for AI generation within your Kit. Higher-exposure uses, such as product packaging, high-circulation print, billboards and other out-of-home, or streaming TV ads, are covered by the Extended license, quoted separately. No exclusivity

Because the material is AI generated, the Studio does not claim and cannot guarantee exclusivity or uniqueness. Comparable visuals may exist or be independently generated by others.

Originality and liability

The Studio applies reasonable professional care so that the supplied material is sufficiently original, but does not warrant the absolute absence of similarity to other works. The Kit is provided "as is", and the Studio's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Kit.

Payment, delivery and revisions

Payment is processed through Stripe. The Kit is a personalized digital service, delivered within 5 working days from completion of the intake questionnaire, which follows your purchase. The Kit includes up to two rounds of revisions: a revision is the rebuild of a scene or brand world and of the references that derive from it. Adjusting a single reference does not count as a revision.

Personalized service, immediate start

By purchasing, you place an order for a personalized service and ask the Studio to begin work immediately. You accept that, once the service has been performed, you lose any right of withdrawal. If you withdraw before the work is completed, you remain due for the work already carried out.

Confidentiality

Any non public brand material you share to inform the Kit is treated as confidential and used only to produce and deliver it.
